You will find many valuable tips on muscle building online but here are my top 3 tips on building muscle that I have found very useful.
1. Train with Your Body Weight
If you can't lift your own body weight then there is no use in trying to lift extra weight such as dumbbells. You have to first be able to lift your own body weight!
So before you hit the weight machines at the gym, try a couple of exercises that involve using your body weight such as push ups, chin ups, squats, dips and pull ups.
2. Take Your Time at the Grocery Store
Building muscle is no joke, if you seriously want to get ripped then you have to change the way you eat and improve your nutrition overall. This means taking your time at the grocery store and stocking up on foods that will feed your new muscles. Make sure to keep your fridge packed.
3. Don't Train More than 2 Days in a Row
You are doing more harm than good to your muscles if you train your muscles more than two days in a row with no rest and especially if your muscles have not fully recovered from the last day's workout.
Take my advice, take 1 full day of rest after every 2 days you workout. Your muscles will thank you for it and let you build more muscle mass and get ripped faster.
